Beyond the Code: The Science of Ethics

Attendees will explore real-life dilemmas and learn effective cognitive processes to deal with those dilemmas as revealed by the latest research in neuroscience. They will learn how to apply the ‘Mind-lens’ model developed by Dr. Groves to explore ethical decision-making. The session draws on organizational psychology, cognitive science, psychobiology, and even sports psychology to create an immersive experience and unveil the hidden ways our minds perceive and interpret problems.
